You do. Our contracts include robust IP assignment clauses explicitly stating that all work produced by the employee belongs solely to your company, not Asomerit.

As a foreign entity, you cannot issue Fapiao directly. However, we advise clients on using cross-border payment solutions (like Alipay Global or Airwallex) or working with local agency partners to facilitate sales while you validate the market.
