Founder's journey.

Built from first-hand experience with China's administrative system.

Tommy Zhang earned his Master's degree in Business in Ireland — an experience that broadened his international perspective and shaped his understanding of how cross-border founders and foreign companies actually think and operate.

Returning to China, he served in a government department working with administrative procedures related to foreign affairs. This first-hand exposure to how China's filings, approvals, and compliance workflows operate from the inside gave him insight that most consultants never see.

Asomerit Consulting was founded to bridge that gap — between complex Chinese regulations and the practical execution that foreign founders and international companies actually need to move forward with clarity and confidence.
